Large Structures, Fast Printing

FX20 delivers the transformational benefits of The Digital Forge at a new scale, combining size and throughput to create larger structures at incredible speeds. This large format 3D printer features an 84L heated build chamber and verified flat vacuum bed. The motion control system offers closed-loop control via precision linear encoders and is tuned to move the 3kg printhead quickly and accurately. The FX20's turbo mode creates parts faster than any Markforged machine, while the new XL spools deliver four times more material without spool changes.

Flight Ready Functional Parts

It was produced to meet needs in many different areas, from performance sets and fixtures to flight-ready production parts. This large format 3D printer can reinforce ULTEM™ 9085 filament with continuous carbon fiber.

Ease of Use

FX20 is extremely easy to use. It has a 7-inch touch screen with which users can control every aspect of the printer. Automatic calibration and leveling reduces operator burden, while a wide range of sensors provide live feedback on machine performance. One material compartment contains two active XL reels and can store two more with precise humidity control. Targeting precision-engineered, sensor-focused manufacturing, the FX20 delivers groundbreaking reliability and performance with a simple user experience.

Software
