Ulaş Yaman has been working as an associate professor in the mechanical engineering department at Middle East Technical University (METU) since September 2019. From July 2014 to October 2015, he served as a visiting assistant professor of computer science at Purdue University. His research interests include 3D printing and additive manufacturing, CAD/CAM architectures, command generation, FPGA-based embedded systems, and computational geometry for design and manufacturing.
